2. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this site in any way that breaches applicable local, national or international law or regulation, or to transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material.
3. Selling Your Caravan to Us
When you submit an enquiry to sell your static caravan to us, we will provide a valuation based on the information you supply. Valuations are subject to a physical inspection of the caravan and are not binding until confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw a valuation if the actual condition or description of the caravan differs materially from what was provided.
Once we have made a formal offer in writing and you have accepted, we will agree payment terms and arrange collection. We aim to process payment promptly following completion of the transaction, in accordance with the payment method agreed.
4. Purchasing a Caravan from Us
All caravans advertised on this website are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. A contract between you and us will only be formed once we have confirmed your purchase in writing and received cleared payment or a signed agreement.
5. Deposits & Reservations
A deposit may be required to reserve a caravan. Deposits are non-refundable unless the sale falls through due to our fault or the caravan is materially mis-described. We will confirm the deposit amount and any applicable terms in writing before you pay.
6. Condition of Caravans
We endeavour to accurately describe all caravans listed for sale, including any known defects. Used caravans are sold as seen unless otherwise stated in writing. We strongly recommend that buyers carry out their own independent inspection before purchase. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Transport & Collection
Where transport or collection is arranged by us, risk in the caravan passes to us on collection (where we are purchasing) or to you on delivery (where you are purchasing). Transport charges, where applicable, will be agreed and confirmed in writing prior to the move. Estimated transport dates are indicative and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.
8. Finance on Caravans
If a caravan you are selling to us has outstanding finance, it is your responsibility to disclose this before the transaction is agreed. We may not be able to purchase a caravan with outstanding finance unless arrangements to settle the finance are agreed as part of the sale. You warrant that you have the legal right to sell the caravan and that it is free from any undisclosed encumbrances, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Bank Details & Payment
You are responsible for providing accurate bank details for payment. We are not liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect details provided by you. We recommend verifying your account details carefully before submitting them. Payments will only be made to the registered owner of the caravan.
10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to the above, our total liability to you shall not exceed the agreed value of the caravan in question.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Luna Statics. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
